SS 25
The model carton maker SS 25 allows to open the cardboard and the closing of the lower edges through adhesive tape or hot melt.
It is equipped with a carton magazine that can be filled by hand by the operator without interrupting the work cycle. Thanks to the simplicity of construction, various types of cartons can be used, divided by size.
By means of adjustments positioned in an accessible way, it is possible to have a format change in a very short time, an essential quality for a production that requires a quick and frequent format change.
Thanks to a single operator panel, the trainer allows all machine phases to be controlled from a single workstation, combining ease of use with an innovative diagnostic system.
Carton opening
Carton forming cartons closed by suction due to a suction cup arm that guarantees a reliable and fast opening.
Alarm end of the carton
The carton magazine is equipped with an alarm device that indicates the absence of cartons so as not to interrupt the work cycle and have a continuous production.
Closure of lower flaps
The sealant applicator in the lower flaps allows a durable and lasting closure.
Change of format
The format change operation is very quick and easy thanks to adjustments with handwheels and cranks in easily accessible positions and without the use of tools.
