Case closer TC 02
The 'TC 02' case-closer allows to close the cardboard through adhesive tape or hot melt. It is equipped with an automated close-flap that allows not to interrupt the work cycle.
Once the work cycle has been started, the machine operates autonomously, so as to reduce the operator’s intervention to change format and to supply the glue.
The case-closer thanks to a single operator panel allows you to control all the phases of the machine from a single location, combining ease of use with an innovative diagnostic system.
Close-automatic rotating flap
The TC 02 is equipped with a mechanically moved close-to-flap device, which allows automatic sealing by applying hot glue.
Fine glue alarm
The machine is equipped with an alarm device that indicates the lack of glue so as not to interrupt the work cycle and to have a continuous production.
Maintenance roller unit
The roller unit present just before the cardboard exits from the TC 02 prevents the non-tightening of the flaps.
Change of format
The format change operation is very quick and easy thanks to adjustments with handwheels and cranks in easily accessible positions and without the use of tools.
